AETHR Intelligence is an AI research and deployment company developing proprietary foundation-model technology and the systems required to bring that intelligence into the real world.
Our research begins with OMN, the architecture and research foundation behind our model development.
What we do
We develop new model architectures and model families, then specialize that research for environments where intelligence must operate alongside real systems, real constraints, and human judgment.
Our first major deployment mission is Aethr Industrial Intelligence, beginning with water.
What we’re building now
OMN is AETHR’s proprietary foundation-model architecture and the experimental ground for our model research. It lets us question the defaults, rebuild the pieces that matter, and turn new architectural ideas into the foundations of future AETHR models.
Foundation model family
Darwin is AETHR's foundation-model family built on the OMN architecture — a shared lineage for the models that emerge from our research. Its first generations are being developed across two model classes: Type-S for compact, efficient deployment and specialization; and Type-M for larger, higher-capability models.
The family
Every Darwin model grows from the OMN research foundation. New generations are intended to inherit improvements in architecture, training, and evaluation rather than becoming disconnected model lines.
OMN → Darwin → successive model generations
Darwin Type-S is the compact branch of the family — intended for efficient inference, specialization, edge-oriented deployment, and environments where compute, memory, and latency matter.
Darwin Type-M is being developed for workloads where broader model capability matters more than deployment footprint, while remaining part of the same Darwin research lineage.
We collaborate with researchers, developers, technology organizations, and industrial partners working on difficult AI problems.
